What are the different room types available?
The resort offers a variety of suites, condos, and single-family homes. Suites are a hotel-style room with an option for a kitchen. Condos have 2-6 bedrooms with full kitchens. Single-family homes have 3-5 bedrooms. Visit our Stay page for complete details.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am, Mountain Time. As we cannot guarantee the availability of early check-in or late check-out times, we suggest contacting the Resort Desk which is open year-round 24/7.
What perks are offered for guests staying at the Resort?
Guests staying at our resort can secure their tee-times upon booking their stay and receive preferred booking times. Price breaks will also be given for food and beverage, as well as other events and amenities.
Do you offer daily housekeeping?
Although we do not currently offer daily housekeeping, please contact the Resort Desk to arrange specific requests.
Are you pet friendly?
The resort has several home rentals that are pet friendly.
What are the pool hours and seasons?
Resort pools close the week after Thanksgiving and reopen for Presidents’ Day weekend
During the season, the pools are open from 6 am to 10 pm and are heated to 82F°. The hot tubs are open year-round and are heated to 102F°.
Are pool towels provided?
Yes, pool towels are provided at all of our pools.
Is there room to park trailers, boats, and UTV/ATVs?
Front desk does not give out permits for the overflow lot. We provide a parking pass for vehicles upon check-in, but our overflow is first-come, first-served. We only have one overflow area.
What are the restaurant hours?
Fall/Winter hours: Sunday-Wednesday, 6:30 am-8:00 pm, and Thursday-Saturday, 6:30 am-9:00 pm.
Spring/Summer hours: Sunday-Wednesday, 6:30 am-9:00 pm, and Thursday-Saturday, 6:30 am – 10:00 pm.
Do you accept reservations? Can you accommodate large groups?
We do accept walk-ins, but we encourage reservations which can be secured through our website or over the phone. To reserve space for larger groups, please contact one of our restaurant team members at 435-656-4653.
Do you offer special dietary items such as gluten free, vegan, etc.?
We offer a variety of options for customers who have special dietary needs. Inform your server so our chef can try to accommodate.
Do you have venues available for private events?
Yes, we have four (4) popular venues. Contact our Events Team at events@sandhollowresorts.com for more information.
Where can I buy tickets for events?
Tickets can be purchased through our website. At the top our home page, click the “Upcoming Events” button. You may also purchase tickets at the door at the time of the event if they are still available.
Can we have our private event catered?
Yes, we would love to cater your event! Please direct your inquiry to events@sandhollowresorts.com.
How far in advance can tee times be booked?
Resort guests may book tee times upon booking their stay. For guests not staying at the resort, tee times may be booked up to 180 days in advance.
Gift cards may be purchased on the website at www.sandhollowresort.com.
To purchase a gift card, click on the Tee Times button at the top of the page, then on the next landing page, click Gift Card on the top.
Do you offer rental clubs?
Yes, we offer Callaway clubs to rent for $105 per day. Clubs are available for right-handed men, left-handed men, and right-handed women. Club rentals may be reserved from the Pro Shop on a first come, first served basis.
What is the dress code for the Golf Course and is it strictly enforced?
The dress code is strictly enforced for all golf activities. The policy requires:
For Gentlemen – shirts with a collar.
For Ladies – dresses, skirts, blouses are considered appropriate attire.
Golf slacks and golf shorts are considered appropriate bottoms.
Tank tops, t-shirts, cut-offs, sweat pants, athletic shorts, swim trunks, tennis shorts and denim of any kind are not permitted.
The Golf Course at Sand Hollow Resort™ is a soft spike facility. Metal spikes are prohibited.
Do the golf carts have GPS?
Our golf carts have Visage GPS touchscreen systems.
When do you aerify the greens?
We typically aerify the greens in early May and August. Exact dates change each year. Please contact the Pro Shop for the exact dates (435-656-4653)
Do you allow spectators on the golf course?
To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, spectator carts are generally not permitted at Sand Hollow Resort.
We want every guest to enjoy their time with us, and we encourage those interested in experiencing the course to book a tee time and join the round. In limited circumstances, spectator carts may be approved, but availability is not guaranteed and must be arranged in advance with the Pro Shop.

What is the inclement weather policy at Sand Hollow Resort?
Once a player has started their round, no refunds or rain checks will be issued, regardless of weather conditions.
