All ticket and parking pass sales are final. Please read the cancellation and refund policies below before purchasing.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
If an event is canceled, no action is required to obtain a refund of the base ticket price. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The event provider/host is not responsible for any fees or surcharges collected by the ticket agent; those processes are subject to the ticket agent’s refund policy.

WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved due to weather or other reasons deemed necessary by the event provider/host, tickets will remain valid for the new date, and no further action is required. Notification of any updates or available refund options will be sent to the email address used during the purchase. For updates, visit www.sandhollowresort.com.

TICKET RESALE & TRANSFER POLICY
Tickets for events are strictly non-transferable and may not be resold. Any unauthorized attempt to resell or transfer tickets is prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation without refund. Unauthorized resale or transfer may also result in denial of entry to the event.

REFUND POLICY

BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS, CAREFULLY REVIEW YOUR EVENT DATE AND TIME.
All sales are final. In certain circumstances, tickets may be transferable to another event. To request a ticket transfer, please contact Sand Hollow Resort at events@sandhollowresorts.com at least 24 hours before the start of the ticketed event in question.

PARKING INFORMATION
Parking for Sky Fest is limited and requires a pre-purchased parking pass.

• Parking Opens: 7:00 AM
• Price: $25 per car (no cash transactions onsite)
• What’s Included:
  • Onsite parking
  • Interaction with balloon pilots
  • Up-close viewing of hot air balloons taking off

Parking passes must be purchased in advance. Vehicles arriving early will not be admitted before 7:00 AM.
