What is a Glow Dinner?
The Glow Dinner is a unique experience where you can enjoy a delicious BBQ buffet while witnessing the magic of hot air balloons illuminating the night sky. The “glow” occurs as the balloons remain tethered to the ground, with their burners lighting up the vibrant colors of the balloon fabric, creating a breathtaking display. It’s the perfect way to spend a Saturday night surrounded by vibrant colors and great food.
Dinner Time Slots
Choose the dinner time that best suits your schedule! Each time slot is designed to enhance your Sky Fest experience. Depending on your selection, you’ll either enjoy dinner before the mesmerizing glow or immerse yourself in the glow first and then savor your dinner.
The glow is expected to begin at 6:30 PM and last around 50-60 minutes, but its duration may vary depending on weather conditions.
Policies
Event Cancellation Policy
If an event is canceled, no action is required to obtain a refund of the base ticket price. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please note that fees or surcharges collected by the ticket agent are subject to their refund policy and not the responsibility of the event provider/host.
Weather Cancellation Policy
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved due to weather or other necessary reasons, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. Ticket Resale & Transfer Policy
Tickets are strictly non-transferable and cannot be resold. Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may result in cancellation without refund or denial of entry to the event.
Refund Policy
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event date and time. All ticket sales are final. Under limited circumstances, you may request a ticket transfer to another event. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the ticketed event.
