Event Cancellation Policy
If an event is canceled, no action is required to obtain a refund of the base ticket price. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please note that fees or surcharges collected by the ticket agent are subject to their refund policy and not the responsibility of the event provider/host.
Weather Cancellation Policy
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved due to weather or other necessary reasons, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. A notification outlining available refund options will be sent to the email address used for the purchase. Visit our website at www.sandhollowresort.com for updates on your event status and options.
Ticket Resale & Transfer Policy
Tickets are strictly non-transferable and cannot be resold. Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may result in cancellation without refund or denial of entry to the event.
Refund Policy
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event date and time. All ticket sales are final. Under limited circumstances, you may request a ticket transfer to another event. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the ticketed event.
