OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY
Outside food and beverages are prohibited, coolers, water bottles, and alcoholic beverages.
REFUND POLICY
All ticket sales are final. In limited circumstances, tickets may be transferred to another event. Requests for transfers must be made at least 24 hours before the event by contacting events@sandhollowresorts.com.
VIP PASS INFO
Enjoy unlimited buffet, six drink tickets, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
If an event is canceled, refunds for the base ticket price will be automatically issued to the original payment method. The event provider/host is not responsible for any fees or surcharges collected by the ticket agent, which are subject to their refund policy.
WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved due to weather or other necessary reasons, your tickets remain valid for the new date. Refund options, if applicable, will be sent to the email used for purchase. Event status updates can be found at www.sandhollowresort.com.
