OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY
Outside food and beverages are prohibited, coolers, water bottles, and alcoholic beverages.
REFUND POLICY
All ticket sales are final. In limited circumstances, tickets may be transferred to another event. Requests for transfers must be made at least 72 hours before the event by contacting events@sandhollowresorts.com.
EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
If an event is canceled, refunds for the base ticket price will be automatically issued to the original payment method. The event provider/host is not responsible for any fees or surcharges collected by the ticket agent, which are subject to their refund policy.
