Sand Hollow Resort Opens 18 New Suites

“The Fairway Suites are designed for a long-term stay, a quick overnight retreat, or a place to land after a long day in the sun,” stated Jake Bracken, Chief Executive Officer. “The Suites feature two master bedrooms, two master bathrooms, a full kitchen, spacious living area, and two private outdoor balconies with views of the golf course or new pool complex.” The new floor plan blends guest and owner feedback with the existing Villa design resulting in exquisite space for a vacation getaway.
The new building is the fourth on the property and brings the total number of units to 50. “Thus far, we have a combined total value of close to $18 million (USD) in development on the property,” stated Robert W. Roche, co-owner of Sand Hollow Resort and President of Roche Enterprises. “Three additional buildings are expected to be completed within the next 18 months.”
The highly-acclaimed resort features Utah’s top-rated Championship Course, along with a Links Course and a popular Wee Course.
